Hi, I'm Kimberly Reed, a licensed therapist passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most difficult challenges. I have experience working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma from sexual abuse, sex addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
I also specialize in supporting both adults and juveniles with histories of sexually abusive behavior. My goal is to provide a structured, nonjudgmental space rooted in accountability, safety, and growth. Whether you're dealing with intrusive thoughts, struggling in your relationships, or trying to make sense of certain patterns, I believe therapy can be a powerful step forward.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique experience. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients gain insight, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I work with compassion, directness, and respect, and I truly believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth. Therapy, in my view, should always be a safe space where even the most difficult topics can be explored without judgment.
I am currently accepting new clients and offering telehealth sessions. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.

Advocacy in Mental Health and Human Trafficking
As therapists working closely with individuals affected by human trafficking, both survivors and those who have caused harm, Growth Counseling and Consultation recognizes the deep and complex psychological impacts this issue carries. Survivors often face trauma-related challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and disrupted attachment, while those who have perpetrated trafficking may also be dealing with their histories of trauma, systemic neglect, or untreated mental health conditions.
Our advocacy in this field is centered on promoting trauma-informed, compassionate care for all individuals involved. This includes educating professionals and the broader community about the mental health needs related to trafficking, advocating for accessible and culturally sensitive therapeutic services, and working to reduce stigma so that healing can begin on every level. Through this work, we aim to support systemic change that prioritizes both accountability and recovery, ensuring that care is guided by empathy, clinical integrity, and a commitment to long-term transformation.
